Refund Policy – Cloud Vision

We want every customer to have a pleasant experience when signing up for our services. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If we’re unable to reach a resolution, we’ll help process your refund quickly and easily, when applicable.

Refund Exemptions

You will not be eligible for a refund if your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details provided at the time of purchase.

General Terms and Conditions for Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
    We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase only in the event of issues related to locked features of our application (e.g., if the server is down for 3 or more consecutive days, subject to verification).

  • No Refunds in the Following Cases:

    • Issues related to your internet service provider (ISP) or your personal internet connection.

    • If you change your mind about using our service after purchase (especially if you completed a trial/test period beforehand).

    • If you fail to cooperate with our support team to resolve technical issues or choose not to respond to troubleshooting questions.
